Crystal Gateway

  Crystal Gateway Condo in Arlington, VA.  A robust and amenity loaded building ideally located adjacent to National Airport, Amazon HQ2 and Washington, DC via 14th St Bridge (i95).  This building was one of the very finest when it was built!  Check out this old ad for it:

  As you can see, prices are up a heck of a lot in today's market vs back then (Arlington Real Estate is often a great investment!).  This building has an outdoor pool AND an indoor pool - the only condominium in Arlington that does.  It also has a fitness room (albeit a bit dated in my opinion) and a very cool aspect of it is that you can take the elevator to the "mezzanine" level and from there walk through Crystal City's "underground" and get to all sorts of shops, entertainment, dining and transit options without going outside.  In fact, you can get to National Airport via one metro stop and never go outside (great for those nasty weather days).  AND, now that Amazaon HQ2 is in the locale, it's bound to get hustln' n bustln' to the max as they come to full force in their hiring and construction plans.
